What we collect.
From website visitors: IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed. From people who request a demo or contact us: name, email, job title and company, including the profile fields you confirm when you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form. From platform users: account details and usage data.

Why.
To run and secure our website, to respond to your enquiry and arrange your demo, to provide and improve the Lookgen platform, and, where you've opted in, to send you occasional product news. Our legal bases are your consent, our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business.

Imagery.
Where customers upload images of identifiable people, we process those images only to deliver the service that customer has asked for, as their processor and under our agreement with them. The customer is responsible for having a valid legal basis for the imagery they upload.

Who we share it with.
Only service providers who process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement, hosting, cloud and AI infrastructure, email, CRM, analytics and payments, plus advertising platforms where you've consented, and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long.
Prospect data for 24 months from last contact. Customer data for the life of the contract plus 24 months. Uploaded and generated imagery until the contract ends, then deleted. Invoices for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Cookies.
Necessary cookies are always on. Analytics and advertising cookies only after you consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Your rights.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop processing it, or send it elsewhere, and you can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time. Email info@lookgen.ai and we'll respond as soon as possible.
