AI Content Policy Lookgen
Lookgen’s AI Content Policy sets out the rules and principles for safely and responsibly creating and using AI-generated content within Lookgen.

Lookgen is built for creating professional fashion content. Users are responsible for the materials they upload and must hold the necessary rights and permissions for, among other things, product images, brands, designs and the likeness of real people.

The customer also remains responsible for reviewing, selecting and approving generated content before it is published, distributed or used commercially.

Prohibited use
Lookgen may not be used to create, attempt to create or distribute harmful, illegal or offensive content. This includes, but is not limited to:

• NSFW or sexually explicit content;.

• nudity or pornographic content;.

• vulgar or seriously offensive content;.

• hateful, discriminatory or threatening content;.

• content that promotes violence, abuse or other harmful activities;.

• content that violates applicable laws and regulations or the rights of others..

Attempts to circumvent Lookgen’s technical safeguards, filters or other measures in order to generate such content are also prohibited.

If a user uses Lookgen in breach of these rules, the user is responsible for the consequences arising from that use, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable terms.

Lookgen reserves the right to block generations and to immediately restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account in the event of a violation. Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, this may happen without prior notice.

Deepfakes and real people.
Lookgen may not be used to create deepfakes: realistic AI-generated content that imitates a real person without their consent, or that creates the impression that someone said, did, wore or endorsed something they did not.

Where the likeness of a real person or model is used intentionally, the brand must hold all necessary permissions and rights to use that likeness in AI-generated content.

Intellectual property.
Brands are responsible for the content they create and publish with Lookgen. This includes ensuring that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, such as trademarks, logos, designs and copyrights.

Standard models and unintended resemblance.
Lookgen’s standard virtual models are fully AI-generated and are not intentionally based on real people. If a model unintentionally closely resembles a real person, this can be reported via [email protected]. Lookgen will review the report and may remove the model concerned from its offering.

Your rights.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop processing it, or send it elsewhere, and you can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing at any time. Email and we'll respond as soon as possible.
